Our Wish List 2026

At Stroud Village Hall, we’re always looking for ways to improve the facilities and services we offer to our local community and regular hall users. Our Trustees have put together a list of projects and equipment that would bring real, long‑term benefit to the hall.

Improvements and Equipment

Permanent Bluetooth speaker system
Our current portable speaker has reached the end of its life. A fixed Bluetooth sound system would allow users to play their own music easily while reducing the risk of damage to equipment.

Portable foldaway staging
Lightweight, modular staging would be available for local theatre groups, bands, community events, and the Stroud Revels offering greater flexibility for performances. 

Future Repairs

Repainting the hall
Both the interior and exterior will need repainting within the next twelve months to keep the hall looking clean, welcoming, and attractive to potential hirers.

Paving and pathway repairs
We continue to experience issues with the paving and pathways around the hall. We anticipate that a full re‑lay will be required in the near to mid‑future. This will be a significant investment, so we need to start planning early.
