SVHARA Halloween Party 2022

Our talented social committee organised yet another fun filled community event at the Village Hall on Sunday, 30th October 2022. They drenched the hall in festive Halloween décor, some photo props, fun Halloween music and colourful disco lighting!

It was rewarding to see so many taking part in apple bobbing, crafting, tattoos, doughnut challenge, a scavenger hunt, treats and more.  The kids were very happy when they managed to get hold of an apple with their teeth and not get too wet.  I even saw a cheeky adult or two going for the doughnut challenge when the kids weren’t looking!  Lots of laughs had by all!

The community this night consisted of skeletons and witches, super heroes and villains, zombies, pirates, vampires and even an assassin! Some of the adults even did their part showing up in fancy dress (way to get into the “spirit”)! 

The children enjoyed their picnic lunches and the adults were able to quench their thirst at the bar.  We saw many people come down purely to enjoy the festive atmosphere and chat with the neighbours.  See some of the photos below… and join us next Halloween!
