For one‑off bookings such as birthday parties and workshops, the quickest way to book is online. Check our current availability using the calendar below, then complete the online booking form to make an immediate provisional booking. The Hall Manager will review your request and will confirm your booking by email with an invoice and payment details. All bookings remain provisional until you receive a confirmation email and the deposit has been paid.
Please note that the Hall Manager works part‑time, so there may be a short delay in responding to enquiries, but we will be in touch as quickly as possible.

STROUD VILLAGE HALL PRICING STRUCTURE 2025
Mon- Fri 8am-6pm
£16 per hour – min 1 hour booking
Mon-Thurs after 6pm
£18 per hour – min 1 hour booking
Friday eve from 6pm-11pm
£20 per hour – min 2 hour booking
Saturday and Sunday 8am-6pm
£25 per hour – min 2 hour booking
Saturday and Sunday 7pm-11pm
£200 per session
Saturday and Sunday 8am-11pm*
£300 for full day
10% discount for local residents (living within Stroud, Ramsdean and Langrish) on all bookings, including commercial bookings. We also offer a 10% discount for parents of children who attend Langrish Primary School. Please let the Hall Manager know at the time of booking.
A security deposit of £100 is required for private bookings payable one month in advance of booking or to secure date of booking.
